This policy explains what personal data this website collects, why, and what rights you have. It is prepared in line with Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).

What we collect

Only what you type into the contact form: your name, e-mail address, phone number, subject and message. There are no user accounts and we never ask for payment details. Our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs, which may include your IP address, the time of your visit and your browser type.

Why we process it

To read your message, reply to you, and keep a record of our correspondence. We do not use your details for marketing, we do not build profiles, and we do not sell or rent them to anyone.

Legal basis

When you write to us, processing rests on our legitimate interest in responding to you (KVKK Art. 5/2-f) and on the request you have chosen to send. Server logs are kept on the same legitimate-interest basis, for security and troubleshooting.

Where your data is kept

The website runs on servers located in Frankfurt, Germany (Amazon Web Services, eu-central-1 region). Apart from our hosting provider, we do not transfer your data to third parties unless a law or a court order requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep your message for as long as it takes to handle your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you follow up. When it is no longer needed, we delete it. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.

Your rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK you may ask whether we process your data, request information about it, learn its purpose, ask for correction of anything inaccurate, request its deletion, object to a result produced solely by automated analysis, and claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.

Security

We operate an information security management system aligned with ISO/IEC 27001 and apply technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration and loss.
